We've noticed the hard work and commitment that you have exhibited toward completing your degree. We look forward to celebrating your achievements with you at the University’s Commencement ceremony on May 19^th, 2023. Continue to check your saintpeters.edu email for updates.

As a keepsake of your achievement, you are invited to order academic regalia. Even if you choose not to participate in the Commencement ceremony, you are eligible to order academic regalia as a memento of your accomplishment.

In an effort to remain “green” on campus, the line of Commencement wear - named GreenWeaver^® - is made of fabric spun from molten plastic pellets. With some 60 million plastic bottles going into U.S. landfills every day, Saint Peter’s University and our graduates are helping to turn trash into keepsakes. Since 2015, Saint Peter’s University has helped to divert OVER 96,867 plastic bottles from landfills!

Eligible to order academic regalia as of March 1^st:

• Students whose degree was conferred in August 2022, November 2022, and December 2022
• Current students that are pre-registered for all remaining coursework in the Winter (February 2023),  Spring (May 2023), or Summer (August 2023) AND have been approved by the Dean and Department Chair for graduation (eligible students will be added weekly).

Important Deadlines:

• March 23, 2023 – Last day to order Custom Doctoral regalia
• April 14, 2023 – Last day to order undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral regalia online

The cost of your regalia is assumed by the University. Please note Doctoral students are responsible for the cost of their regalia. Costs differ according to their selection.  All students are responsible for shipping and handling fees of $15.95 and the cost of any additional Graduation accessories that they would like to purchase.

What to Expect:

If your regalia order is successfully completed, you will receive an email from support@oakhalli.com confirming your order has been placed.  If you do not receive an email confirmation, your order was not successfully placed. When the order ships, you will receive another email containing the tracking number. Orders are expected to begin shipping after March 15, 2023, please allow 3 weeks after placing your order.  If you do not receive communication regarding tracking or need to edit your order, kindly contact Oak Hall at 1-800-456-7623 or customercare@oakhalli.com.

*Please note: Group orders will not be accepted. Only one complete package may be purchased per order.*

**Please note: You may return your souvenir regalia unopened within 30 days and we will gladly refund you the purchase price less shipping. All returned items must be unopened and in their original packaging.**
